Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy


  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of contractual and statutory warranties, the consumer has the right to exchange the product purchased from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product after the lapse of this period.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in good condition, unused, and the consumer must not have derived any benefit from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving the exchange to ensure it meets these conditions.
  3. The consumer shall bear the shipping costs associated with the exchange. In the case of international exchanges, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping carrier.
  4. In the event of a defect or an error attributable to the store, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.


The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:


  1. If a defect appears in the product due to improper handling or misuse by the consumer.


Return & Refund Policy


  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of contractual and statutory warranties, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product purchased from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product. The consumer is not entitled to return the product after the lapse of this period.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in good condition, unused, and the consumer must not have derived any benefit from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving the return to ensure it meets these conditions.
  3. The consumer shall bear all costs associated with the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping carrier.
  4. In the event of a defect or an error attributable to the store, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.
  5. If the consumer benefits from a promotional offer that is based on purchasing a specific quantity (for example: Buy 2 and get 20% off), and then requests a return of part of the order, the applied discount will be cancelled in full. The retained product(s) will be recalculated at the original price, and the value of the discount will be deducted from the refundable amount.


Costs


Please note that returning a product may involve additional costs, such as return shipping fees and/or bank processing fees.


The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:


  1. If a defect appears in the product due to improper handling or misuse by the consumer.
